Timeframe
Each item is hand knit, by a person. MSGK isn’t a big label, and commissions are done on a waiting list basis. I try to turn each piece around within 6 weeks of receiving the yarn for the project, but it can be 8 weeks if it’s a particularly busy time.
Shipping your knit.
All Miss She’s Got Knits parcels are shipped by tracked post with An Post.
Once it is sent, the package, and any custom charged incurred, are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure you have familiarised yourself with your country’s customs process, and that you or someone from your household/workplace is there to receive your parcel.
MSGK now ships to the UK once per month. Any custom fees or processes are the responsibility of the customer.

Commissions - Returns / Refunds.
As all MSGK knits are made on a commission basis, at this moment refunds are not possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is really important that you do your research and ensure you know what you are investing in before you commission a knit. Read the care and wool info on the shop page, ask about sizing, contact me on karen@missshesgotknits.com. .Make sure you are confident in your purchase before you commit. A lot of time goes in to each piece, no matter how small, and slow fashion isn’t cheap. If you’re still unsure, mull it over for a few weeks before you order.
Please also be aware that MSGK knits are made by a real person, not by machine. If there is anything faulty with the garment I will endeavour to fix it, but if you would like changes to something once it is completed it may incur a cost. Just chat to me though. I’m here!
Ready-to-Wear - Returns / Refunds.
Please only purchase Ready-to-Wear pieces if you have put real consideration into it. Take your time, think about it, decide if it’s for you. As a very small Irish hand-knit business, returns can be sadly quite disruptive and may result in the piece not being sold. It’s very rare that we do Ready-to-Wear, and very few pieces will be available.
With that said, in Ireland, you have a right to return within a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period when a product is not bought in a physical shop. The 14 days starts once goods are delivered. Please also be aware that MSGK knits are made by a real person, not by machine. If there is anything faulty with the garment I will endeavour to fix it.

Gift Cards/Vouchers
Miss She’s Got Knits is a small business, gift cards are offered as an option in good faith, with the understanding that the buyer agrees to the terms below. If you are buying a voucher for someone, please advise them of the terms and conditions, or direct them to this page on receipt.
Gift card orders can be places outside of the commission window, where available, please contact karen@missshesgotknits.com if chosen design is outside of commission window.
Order must be placed before expiration date.
Please mention your unique code on initial enquiry.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards can only be used towards the price of designs featured on the Miss She’s Got Knits shop page.
Please note that some colours may not be available.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Turnaround times for knitwear varies, please allow at least 8 weeks for your knit to be made from order date.
